 KENN VENIT and JUNE
LOCKHART had a reunion at the Radio-TV News Directors Foundation Auction, Friday,
September 15 in Minneapolis. Ms. Lockhart, perhaps best known as the mother in the
tv series "Lost in Space"and as the mother in the tv series, "Lassie,"
is an ardent supporter of the RTNDF Scholarship Auction. Kenn bid and won the RTNDA 2001
package of Convention registration and four nights at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville,
where the Convention will take place September 12-15.In previous years, he won various RTNDF Auction vacation packages to the Indy 500, Disneyland, and London. (This year, Mrs. Venit asked that he bid on something other than a vacation package. He did!) |
