According to Dick Zwirko in the photo below:
The Philco radio must be pre-March 29, 1941 as it shows WTIC at the old 1040 Kc (not KHz) spot on the radio dial. It also has WDRC on their old 1330 KC frequency. They switched to 1360 KC in 1942.
